No, I have not turned liberal… however there are a few things that have been irking me recently with regards to the clever “use of words” that right-wingers love to use to play unfairly. In any case, I cannot seem to understand why anyone would bother listening to someone go on and on about a cause that does not need to be addressed… but go figure right?
I often wonder why the masses like to side with the liberals. Maybe it is because they are good at twisting words around? Actually, now that I think about it, this seems to be the only reason that makes any sense at all… no wait, not only do they twist words around, but they like to make people feel better about themselves. Do not get me wrong, I am all for the idea of each American citizen having the right to feel as if they have accomplished something; however, I hate the fact that many liberals like to give people this feeling by lying to them. What do I mean by lying to them? I mean their choice of words.
When civil rights, women’s rights, and homosexual rights are being advocated, every liberal makes it a point to say that the right to equality and fair pay and freedom of marriage and all the other stuff they preach is warranted to every human. They are rights that are guaranteed to humans. It is a strategy of the liberals and their media outlets to press the fact gun-rights do not fall into this category. They continue to push the idea the guns and gun ownership is below the other rights and liberties guaranteed to all Americans. By their choice of words, they make the freedom to bear arms almost seem barbaric. Far from it…
