Many people may believe that I am being a little paranoid by saying the registration of firearms will eventually lead to complete confiscation… well then, let me clear things up a little. I am not implying that the confiscation will be the next step after registration; what I mean to say is that registration will make confiscation literally effortless.
It has happened in other countries, both peacefully and violently. For example, over six hundred and fifty private owned firearms were confiscated by the Australian government in 1996: the government simply looked up the addresses on file as required by registration laws. In other cases, such as NAZI Germany, Adolf Hitler made use of existing gun registration records to render the public defenseless.
Big government does not want us to have access to private weapons, because then we can organize against them. They want things to be peachy twenty four hours a day, just a nation full of citizens giving complete trust to the government for every last thing.
You can count me out of this one.
