What!!! I am so close to saying some inappropriate things that I need to take a quick walk to calm down. I do not care what the media says or what the government says, criminals do not prefer to use assault weapons to commit crime… anyone with common sense can see that. I am sorry if I offend some people, but many of us in this country need to stop taking the government’s word as pure truth… it is not.
The fact is that criminals tend to carry handguns more than any other weapon… do you realize how hard it would be for a criminal to conceal an assault weapon in their clothing? Yes, I know, criminals will try and break the law by carrying handguns illegally… i wonder if the police is on to them.
The actual statistics show that a police officer is more likely to be shot with his own weapon than with an assault weapon. Criminals want ease of transport and something that is efficient, if our government cannot figure that out, good luck to the next generation.
